The Adams County (IL) Board has voted to place a question about carrying concealed firearms on the November ballot. The results of the referendum would be sent to the state.
Non-binding resolution will just ask voters if they believe the Legislature should enact concealed carry Adams County voters in November will see a concealed carry question on their ballots. The Adams County Board Tuesday night voted on a resolution to send the issue to the voters.
